HCS District Offices begin process of relocation
The Horry County Schools District Offices have begun the process of transitioning into a different building located at the former Aynor Conway Career Center on Four Mile Road (off of US 501 west of Conway).  As sections of the renovated facility have become available for occupancy, some departments have relocated.  The Technology, Human Resources, Finance and Payroll departments have moved to the Four Mile Road location, but will each maintain a smaller office at the current District Office on Horry street to serve employees and members of the public who have business with those departments.  This will also help to limit traffic into the new District Office site, parts of which are still under construction.  The remaining District Office departments are expected to relocate in late Spring 2010.
