Band
The Black Water Middle School band program is open to ANY 6th grade student seeking to learn how to play an instrument, and no prior experience is required! Once students join band, they become a part of a sequential instructional program that continues through middle school and high school. Students can learn their choice of flute, oboe, clarinet, saxophone, bassoon, trumpet, horn, trombone, baritone/euphonium, tuba, or percussion. In addition to attending band class during the school day, band students also get to perform in after school concerts as well as school wide programs/assemblies.
