Media Arts

We are the only middle school to offer media arts as a discovery for students!

This class will have an emphasis on developing individual creativity and visual communication skills through traditional and graphic art. Students are exposed to graphic design and digital imagery. Studies include graphic design, graphic artists, package design, typography, layout, self-promotion, and photography. Students will learn how to use design software – Adobe Photoshop. Most importantly, these students are made aware of the influence advertising has on their lives.
